New weave collection digitized!
We have digitized a new collection of weaves from a book “Colecciones de Dibujos para Tejidos” by Hermias Busqué Gisbert, published in 1897, Tarrasa in Spain. We added the entire collection to our existing weave library, which already has over 44.000 weaves.
This project took us some time, the whole collection has 10640 weaves. What’s more is that this project encouraged us to develop new tools that can help you detect errors in a weave. This tool is not only useful for correcting mistakes made while digitizing weaves, but it is also highly useful for any weaver who wants to ensure that their weaves do not contain any rogue floats that could cause problems.
Stay tuned for updates on this highly useful capability!
If you have a valid support contract with Arahne, you will get the download link for the weaves in the mail. If not, ask for it.
